Gardner Village

Our family had a chance to go up to Gardner Village and watch a 30 min live nativity scene with some friends. We had a great time and the nativity was fantastic. We are very glad we had that opportunity to remember what Christmas is all about and we hope to make it a tradition.

A Big Surprise

For the whole year my dad's family, except for us, were planning to visit some cousins in Arizona for Thanksgiving. We were planning to have Thanksgiving with my mom's family and go to the Marriott Hotel for Thanksgiving Dinner. At least that was the plan until a week before Thanksgiving when my parents planned a surprise. . . to take us to Arizona! Tues. after school they surprised us and that night we left. We were all so happy! We rented a car and we drove 10 hours to Arizona. We had a wonderful trip. We swam, went rock climbing, played at the park, played football, had excellent food, & went and saw Twilight. Thanks to the Vernon's who did so many things for us, you guys are the best!
